DESCRIPTION:The Blessing of the Crops is an annual outdoor dinner event presented in partnership with the Southern Palmetto Regional Chamber for agriculture producers and influencers and supporters of local food to pray for a bountiful harvest\, recognize top individuals in the field\, and discuss the latest trends in the agricultural sector. The event includes a farm fresh dinner\, keynote speaker\, presentation of the Farmers of the Year\, Young Farmer of the Year and Ag Partners of the Year awards. The event funds BFM programming including educational workshops\, cooking demos and kids activities as well as programming at the Southern Palmetto Regional Chamber supporting local small businesses and entrepreneurs.
